As per instruction of Fr. Ronald, I would like inform everyone that by October 2007, a new set of officers should have been elected for your organization. Elections should follow the process as stated in your organizational by-laws.

In the event that your organization does not have any by-law specifying how your officers are to be elected, your members may opt to nominate those they judge to be fit to lead them. Nominations may be done through secret ballot in sealed envelopes. The unopened ballots are to be collated and submitted to Fr. Ronald. From those nominated, Fr. Ronald will appoint those he determines to be appropriate for the task.

Setting the month of October as the deadline will give the new set of leaders the time to prepare to assume their positions at the beginning of 2008. The period these officers will serve may also be defined by the by-laws; otherwise, these officers are to serve for a period of one year. They may be re-elected or re-appointed for another year. Maximum number of years of service should not exceed three years.

It will be very much appreciated if you can then provide me with the list of new officers as this becomes available.
